- Minimum 12-month lease is required for Preferred Employer Program discount. Residents must present proof of employment to receive discount. One discount per new lease. - For the initial lease term, choose either the Preferred Employer Discount or our current special, if any. Thereafter, Preferred Employer Discount applies to successive lease terms.

Referral Promotion
Save up to $600!! Receive a fifty-dollar monthly referral credit off of your lease charges when someone you refer to us moves in to The Eleanor. You can even take advantage of this Referral Promotion multiple times by referring additional people.
Maximum one referral promotion per new lease. Maximum cumulative credit of six hundred dollars per new lease. The party that you refer must write leasing@meadowre.com as their first point of contact and mention that you have referred them. Referral promotional credit is conditional on the timely payments of all amounts due. No credits will accrue after your lease term.
