(“Company,” “we,” or “us”), as professional manager of The Eleanor, 3400 Auchentoroly Terrace, Baltimore, Maryland, on behalf of its owner, with leasing services provided by our affiliate, Meadow Property Management Corporation.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Accessibility Statement, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, govern your use of eleanorbuilding.com, including any subdomains (the “Website”), including all materials, resources, information, and services on the Website, whether as a guest or registered user.

Rental Listings and Applications
Rental listings on the Website describe units that are, or are expected to become, available for rent. Rent, availability dates, features, and photographs are provided in good faith but may change without notice, and a listing is not an offer to rent. A tenancy is created only by a written lease signed by the owner or its managing agent. Rental applications are processed in the order received and are subject to the screening criteria disclosed with the application, applied uniformly to all applicants. Application fees, if any, are disclosed before you apply and are limited as required by Maryland law.
Text Messaging Terms
If you consent to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following: messages are sent by our affiliate, Meadow Property Management Corporation, and concern showings, applications, availability, maintenance, rent, and related matters; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; you may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you may request help by replying HELP or contacting leasing@meadowre.com. Consent is not a condition of renting from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of your mobile information is described in the Privacy Policy.
No Use by Minors
To access or use the Website, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the authority to enter into these Terms. Children under 18 are prohibited from using the Website.
Lawful Purposes
